I'm looking for another movie ,it had some american kids helping some Russian dude. Action adventure I think he was on the run I remember he had a blond crue cut and was pretty buff and no the actor in this movie was not Arnold Swartz. He was hidding out in some flood pipe or sewage pipe hole I think near a beach or rocky hillside near the ocean. I was like 10 when I saw this so 17 years later I have very liitle info to go on. it's a 80's 90's movie and we had it on vhs. If anyone has an idea let me know. THANX

I recently bought the movie Russkies.....sounds like it, though I've not seen the movie yet. I'd start there. Hope it's it....
