one was called Howie and Rose and starred Howie Mandell. These were both shown on TGIF.
It was about Howie raising his bratty smart aleck tween niece. The only thing I remember really well was Howie had this turtle that wouldn't come out of it's shell but it does near the end of the episode for the girl.
The other was called Belle's of Bleaker streetk which took me forever to track down the name!
but it was about two young teen girls hanging out on the streets of NYC.
On IMDB it says they were both unsold pilots but I remember these both being shown on TGIF at some point in the early 90s. I think my parents still have Howie and Rose on tape somewhere because they were both Howie Mandell fans in the 80s and 90s.
