This one's a bit underrated too. Perhaps its timing--coming right after the nightmare that was Batman and Robin--played a factor. But what a cast, particularly Hank Azaria as the not-quite-so Blue Rajah with his ultimately false British accent.

I was just thinking about this movie the other day. I def. think that it was underrated too. It was sooo funny and the cast was great.

My kids love it, it has a great cast and I have to admit I love it too. I cannot believe it hasn't become a classic yet.

As a fan of FLAMING CARROT COMICS I loved the fact that The Mystery Men was made into a movie.
Having said that, I'm not at all surprised that 99% of people either didn't get it or find it funny.
It definately ranks as a "weird film"..destined for cult status.
