I love "Right kind of mood" by Herbie - "Mr Magoo! You may be blind, but I can still see you!"

This was a big hit here in 1995 I think it was. Was it successful anywhere else. I'm really interested to find out which songs were hits here but were ignored elsewhere, and vice versa.
