Yes this is the one where Brandon Lee dies in. I remember that it took a year for this to come out. It was at the end of my sophomore year in college in '94 when I saw this. The movie theater was packed. The soundtrack was awesome, and the cut ins on Brandon's face on scenes that you knew weren't here were all too evident. But I still liked the flick.

Eric Draven and his girlfriend get murdered on Halloween night by a gang of misfits. Eric comes back after one year to avenge their deaths. Some pretty cool death scenes and everyone in the film looked like they could use a shower. I would recommend for sure.

What do you guys think of Brandon Lee's last film:?

Loved the music in this one. Sad about Brandon Lee and the fact an accident while filming made the curse on his family seem believable.

This is one of my favourite comic book adaptations and one of those films I can watch over and over again. Brandon Lee was perfect for the role and his death was a tragedy, but what a film to be remembered for. Bruce will always be remembered for Enter The Dragon (though Fist of Fury was my fave) Brandon will always be the Crow.

Shame about the sequals and TV spinoff and what the hell was Kirsten Dunst thinking in The Crow:Salvation...

The film was awesome and the soundtrack even better. I love "teardrops" and "It won't rain all the time". Plus there's some pretty great thrash metal if you're into that. Worth a listen to. A unique movie! Horrible to think that it was Brandon Lee's swan song though. He was delicious in that movie.

THE CROW - this film is such an important and integral part of my life, I don't know where to begin. I remember the EXACT moment I found out Brandon had died back in 1993 - it was a Saturday morning and I was ready to go to work at the family business and my best friend came bursting into my room clutching the morning paper in his hand with the headline 'CURSE OF THE LEES' which told what happened and I was in shock the whole day. the word 'tragedy' never really summed it up. I was really looking forward to the film and being a fanboy I was keeping up with the progress thru WIZARD magazine etc. (no internet back then) and it was uncertain whether or not the film would ever get a release. that Summer, I went to the FORBIDDEN PLANET sci-fi / comic store in Regent Street and bumped into the editor of IMPACT magazine, Bey Logan who was there for a siging with action B-Movie star Gary Daniels. I spoke to Logan who had previously interviewed Brandon Lee and asked if he had any news about the film's release it was then that I learned that the film would get a release in Summer 1994 and I waited with baited breath gathering every scrap of info I could find. then in June 94 I went to see the first showing at my local cinema (I remember I had grown my hair long and everywhere I went, I carried the CROW graphic novel and CD soundtrack) and the film? well, if you haven't seen it yet and / or do not own the special edition dvd... you're no fan. as for the sequels and spin-off TV series, don't make me laugh.
