This movie was about man who made a girl out of other peoples body parts that he kept in a freezer or something.

If the guys fiancee got killed by a lawn-mower and he made her out of prostitute parts he got using "super crack" it's FRANKENHOOKER.

If the guy was killing girls in a college to get parts for a human puzzle the movie was PIECES.
