I’m debating between buying universal floor mats or spending more on custom-fit ones. Are custom mats really worth the higher price? My main concerns are durability, ease of cleaning, and how well they actually fit. If anyone’s tried both, I’d love to know if the difference is significant, especially for daily driving.

I’ve tried both, and custom-fit mats are absolutely worth it if you care about your car’s interior. Universal mats always seem to leave gaps, and they shift around no matter how well you position them. With 3D Floor Liners, the fit is spot on – they contour perfectly to the floor and don’t budge. I also like that they extend under the pedals and into the footwells, giving full protection. Another plus is how easy they are to clean – just remove them and hose them down. They also hold up well over time, with no cracking or fading. If you want a solution that actually fits and protects every inch of your floor, custom-fit liners are the way to go.
