I watched The Driller Killer, starring Abel Ferrara, last night. Good 70’s cheese about a serial killer who uses a drill to kill his victims. “An artist slowly goes insane while struggling to pay his bills, work on his paintings, and care for his two female roommates, which leads him taking to the streets of New York after dark and randomly killing derelicts with a power drill.” I also enjoyed the music by the band in the movie, Tony Coca Cola. I plan on watching another of his films either tonight or tomorrow, Fear City (1984)

I just watched and liked it better than the first time I saw it, but I was expecting something completely different then. The majority of it is like a hangout film just with a different kind of drilling! It bothered me how he kept leaving all of his pizza crusts. The last quarter was wonderfully depressing. 7/10

I still haven’t watched Fear City yet. I’d better get on that.

It's been a while but I remember Fear City being pretty good!
