the movie 1941. In the beginning the location types on the screen as Northern California but it is actually the north Oregon coast. When the lady pulls up in her car the huge rocks out in the ocean are very recognizable as the famous Haystack Rock on Cannon Beach. The same one seen in the Goonies before they find the Fratellis hideout and the beach with the race at the beginning.

Early in the movie when Teri Garr is in the horse drawn hay wagon, Gene Wilder jumps in the wagon, it takes off, and in the next edit you can see a fog machine cranking out the fog. Its so obvious that it is funny.
