I have a very fuzzy memory of a film, telling the story of a family which every single one of it's members is looney. The grandfather is a second WW vet. who lives in a home, filled with crazy people. One of them sits in a wheel chair, watering his wooden leg, waiting for it to grow. A hillarious movie. Can't tell if it's made in the 60' or the 70'. What was the name of that movie? Please...
