I saw a hilarious comedy in the late 70's or early '80 and I need help remembering the name. It started out with a Board of Directors meeting with all white men and one token black. The director dies, none of the others can vote for themselves but want to be director, so they each cast there vote for someone who they believe no one else would vote for. Guess who becomes the new director! After being duly elected, he assures the others that "nothing will change". But then, everything changes as the new black director brings in friends. It was X rated and played in a major movie house in San Francisco. What was the name of the movie?
