There was a movie I saw when I was younger that was fantasy/scifi.
I believe it was about an army of Nazi's who locate this mysterious fortress.
Within, is discovered this evil and powerful force.
Can anyone help me remember this? I have looked online for years.
I find most lists to be very much the same on the internet. Is there a real list, or hollywood registered list of movies somewhere by the year?
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Since you are so pro, how about this one, lol:
I was living in Wisconsin when I saw this movie advertised several times on tv.
It would have to have been 74-76 at least.
All I know it was sci fi, featuring a young girl who kept screaming because people were getting zapped and turned into piles of ashes. It was like a sic-fi horror film. For the life of me, I have never been able to track it down. i am fairly sure it was coming out into theaters at the time, not just being advertised for a tv movie of the week or something.

They do attempt to steal them, but they are both killed by the demon.

I like the scene where the Nazi is in that shaft with his head sticking out the other end and his comrade is holding onto his leg with a belt and the demon sends his whatever it was from long distance in the pitch black.
