Hi I'm trying to find a old film from I think the 80's.

Basic plot - Man with 2 kids re-marries, kids find stepmother is a witch. I think she blows up in the end and I believe there is a scene involving a frozen lake.

I do have links to three pictures taken from a broken VHS tape of this movie. (Tape was sadly unmarked)
