First off I'll start with a superhero type film, It may be an action one, but it's such a long time ago I can't really remember.
From what I can recall: A man gets hit by lightning a certain way and manages to survive, but after they fix him up, they make him wear a special watch. The watch I think keeps track on how much energy he has, if it runs out he dies. I think he has to go on a mission of some sort and the thriller bit to it, is that has completes it, but nearly runs out of power. I couldn't even recall what era it's from, let alone any special powers.
The Other I can only remember from the opening titles: Basically the camera pans across a morgue looking at dead bodies, then some medical students come in and the dead bodies which aren't dead bodies jump off the tables and start running around scaring the hell out of people. The titles revolve around these, what I was assume to be naked students running around the campus causing trouble.
Please help me as this has been bugging me for quite a LONG time now.

It looks very close, I'll have to try and get a look at the intro when I can. There aren't even many trailers about!
