I see this movie when i was young, it the story of a young boy who makes laugh of him in his school but one day he acquire supernatural powers by isolating himself in a wagon of train. I think this wagon was located in a harbour and the boy was in front of a candle when he acquires his powers. I remember a scene when his powers play towers him when he try to read because letters start to move. I also remember another scene during which it pedals so quickly on his bike which he produces smoke or spacks.
