hi ya'll i know this might get bowring for you after so many people looking for 80ies movies but i've been looking for this one for over 10 years now and from time to time it just drives me insane not to be able to find out which one it was. i've just seen parts of it but what i know about this movie is that there is boy(teenager) how is riding around with his racing bicicyle learning french to impress some exchange student, i believe, which upsets his dad because his son is talking in french to him all the time. and at the end he falls out of love with the french girl. his dad thinks the french talking is over just to discover that his son now is in love with an italian girl. his son saluds him in italian and the movie ends. hopefully somebody can help me out finding the name. swen
