This movie had 2 teenagers. The male flew planes & was having a hard time getting into college I believe. He had bad grades or something. The female was a blonde who was very smart. They met & came up with a scheme to take money from bank teller machines using some cards they created. They ended up getting in trouble with the feds & spend a 2nd half of the move on the run...i believe it was in Washington but I could be wrong about that.
Thats about all I can remember. Can anyone help??

I haven't seen this one in a long time. I would love to watch it again. It would be like seeing it for the first time.
