Mr. T's first starring made-for-TV movie role has him playing a tough and scowling, but softhearted, nightclub bouncer who finds himself involved with a bunch of kids after being conned into taking over a youth center.
I watched this far too many times as a kid. I've never met anybody that was even aware of this, so hopefully somebody here has seen it.

I remember this. I used to like it a lot. Didn't one of the kids 'betray' the youth center, and then redeem himself at the end? I remember Mr. T shouting "BILLY GREEN!"

"What´s you´re name?" "They call me Bruise!"
Just bought and watched The Toughest Man in the World. Nice and harmless little tv-movie.
Starring Mr. T, Dennis Dugan and John P. Navin Jr.
Hardcore Mr. T fans gotta have this album called Mr. T's Commandments (1984). It includes the title track The Toughest Man in the World.

I pity the fools who haven't seen this movie!
That said, I only have vague memories of this film from the A-Team heyday. Looking back, I'm surprised Mr T didn't make more movies, he had great screen presence and style; would've loved to have seen the Clubber Lang movie.
