Dish just added an HD channel called Retro HD. I don't know whether Directv or cable has it. But I went through the guide for a few hours. Right now they are showing The Man with One Red Shoe, then Fletch, Deal of the Century... looks like all 80's movies so far! If so, it'll be my new favorite channel!

It isn't "The 80's Movie Network"...but sounds like fun. My parents have Dish .. so next time I'm over there .. totally checking my competition out. Hopefully, Directv will pick it up as well.

Is it Retroplex? sounds like it.....I have that on Comcast Cable too.....there's a channel called Retro tv that plays old tv shows all the time almost like the Nick at Nite channel

it's not all 80's sadly. I noticed that they are showing some 50's 60's 70's movies. But still a lot of 80's!

we have a retro channel on timewarner cable it's pretty cool they seem to show the same movies over and over again
