I loved watching this show in my younger days. I only really remember bits and pieces of it I remember one episode her friend creates some device to try and control all the things in the kitchen or something like that.
Anyways the show was about a 13 year old girl that was part alien and she could stop time by touching her pointer fingers together. I believe she had other powers as well. Another thing I remember is during the opening credits Evie knocks over a step ladder when she comes through the front door. But it was a fun show for kids.

I can remember "Out of This World" very well.
I can hear the theme song even now.
I recollect that her father would take her powers off her for a specified period if she had been misusing them.
