A friend of mine from another forum was asking about this, Thought I'd ask here to help 'em out.
"I remember seeing it on HBO in the mid to late 80s. I remember it is something like BMX Bandits kids being chased by bad guys and one of the bad guys where's some kind of suit and mask reminded me of Darth Vader kinda. It might be an aussie movie but that is all I really remember about it thanks!"
