I need help remembering a name of a movie that I can recall watching when I was a younger. Here is what I can tell you about, memory serving me right... -the town gets painted pink -they have a water skiing elephant -they blow up the interstate to get tourist In my head I can see this movie playing in my head over and over, but for the life of me I can't remember the name.
