does anyone know if the house they used for the Curtis house is aviable to visit and or if there isnt anyone living in it, i rly wanna buy it when i get older. also leave any comments on the locations in the outsiders.

Hi ... I don't know about the house, but I do know that the Admiral Twin Drive-in is still open in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The hole in the fence they snuck in through is intact!
My fav scenes from "The Outsiders" occurred at the drive-in. Think the best line is when Cherry Valance says...
"I hope I never see Dallas Winston again. If I do I'd...probably fall in love with him."

This is one of my all time favorite movies. I have and original copy of the book I plan on passing along to my son when he is a little older. When I was younger, I loved the idea of all of the kids on their own, getting into rumbles, but having their brothers and each other to look out for them. A simple, but great story that was very well done.

thanx both Valley and Eric! you r the best! it would have prob. taken me forever to find that link, and also thanx for the amazing picture! this is my favorite movie and book in the world, and some day i hope to go to all the places were the movie was shot, I rly hope they dont knock any more Outsiders landmarks down. thanks again for the info!
