After the fencing scene at the end of the movie, the girl who helps up Ricky wearing the green gloves.

Definitely favors her and is the right age just can't confirm it anywhere.

You can't confirm it anywhere because it isn't her. It only vaguely resembles her. Plus, she isn't the right age; Drew Barrymore would've been somewhere between 9-10 when 'Better off Dead' was made.
