I remember seeing this movie about a father who dies and his ghost comes back to help stop his son from dangerous racing (he races his car off a cliff). There's a particular scene that I remember where he (herein called guy A) is at this street that ends in a cliff and he is going to race this enemy guy and they both start racing. The enemy guy manages to get out of the car before going off the cliff, guy A was stuck in there and both cars go off the cliff but guy A is ok. I think his father saved him.

I don't know any of the actors' names or anything and I loved that movie, and I know that this isn't much to go on. If anyone knows this movie or any actors in please let me know. Any info helps.
