I am trying to figure out the name of a movie from approximately 1989 where a guy is a pizza delivery man and gets stiffed on a tip and then becomes a sort of private eye trying to find out who it was that stiffed him. I may be slightly off on this description as I was a kid when I saw it. Anyone know?
