A friend of mine and I were talking today and she was telling me about this movie she'd seen as a teenager. These teens rented a cabin waaaay back in the woods and somehow wound up releasing an evil spirit. It got into one of the girls and they wound up locking her in the basement. One of the boys stabbed her in the hand. At the end of the movie the last person was running around and she said you could hear the wind blowing and see the trees blowing but not see anything else. I've never seen it. Any help??

It could also be Evil Dead II (1987) They are still in the cabin but itīs more a comedy/horror movie.

That does sound like The Evil Dead. If not, another possibility is Demon Wind which is decent a ripoff of Evil Dead from 1990 with the same basic 'group of teens go to a secluded cabin in the woods and unleash evil spirits' plot.
