I faintly remember a movie from the late 70's (no earlier than 1978) or early 80's (no later than 1982). It had to do with winter and there was snow on the ground. I remember that a little girl put a bird or bird's nest in a pipe that came out of the side of a building on a playground. And people began dying. When they removed the bird people stopped dying. I was young, so I don't remember much else of the movie. Anyone remember this? Or am I crazy?
