i watched this movie once that i can remember in the early 90's,the only part, haha, that i can remember is there are two dudes at a house, they might have jus got done surfing or they surf in the movie at some time, but they find a pot plant in the back yard and smoke it!! i think it was an 80's movie.WOW plz help me !!
