Ok sorry, but when I was a kid I loved this movie and I've been trying to remember the title for years. Please help me if you can.. Ok, this is all that I really remember about the movie: It is your typical less fortunate boy tries to get the popular girl scenario. This boy tries everything to get this girl who wants nothing to do with him and the most that I remember is the ending where I think the boy gets his hopes up that she is finally into him, when she invites him to her party or something only to break his heart again and mock him with all of her cool friends around. The ending made me sob for the boy who just couldn't get what he wanted. It definitely was not a happy ending and a hard one to forget. Actually as a follow up on my last response, I think that this must be the one that I'm looking for (The Last American Virgin). I thought that I had seen this but I got this one mixed up with Some Kind Of Wonderful. The way that the ending is described, sounds a lot like what I'm looking for. Thank You, you may have answered a 12 year mystery for me. I just ordered it on Netflix and it will be here tomorrow. By the way for all you movie buffs out there, Netflix ROCKS especially if you own an Xbox. If you don't already have it, check into it. It is worth every penny and their selection is unbelievable!!
