I have never seen this myself: its a Halloween movie from HBO starring Faruiza Balk, Charlotte Raye and Tim Curry? I hear it has a huge fan basis (mostly people who are grown ups now who remember watching it as a kid). I put it on my NETFLIX to watch with my daughter but she went on a big Im Not A Baby Anymore tear so I took it off. Then after awhile my curiosity got the best of me and I put it back on! So what if she doesnt watch it with me, maybe I can watch it alone and get a few laughs.
Anyone see it?

I never saw that one. I think there was a TV series of the same name in the 90's.

I've seen "Worst Witch" and it is a great kid's movie. Kind if like The Facts of Life meets the female version of Harry Potter. I prefer the teenage Faruiza Balk in "The Craft", but for an 80's movie around Halloween I would recommend it.

I agree with Valley. We taped it off of HBO when we were kids and watched it every Halloween. There are some major cheeze moments though. BTW it was also a series, but that came out much later.
i love the worst witch i watch that and teen witch each halloween both cheesey but great 80s fun

Thanks for mentioning TEEN WITCH. I havent seen that in YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARS. My daughter is having two friends sleep over Halloween night and one is really a scaredy cat so I have to think up some mellow Halloween-y movies. Maybe I'll NETFLIX TEEN WITCH! That should be a good one for a bunch of 9 year old girls.
