This 80's movie was about a rich guy that loses everything and has to resort to living on the street he meets a crazy lady that he joins up with. there is one scene where there is a construction site dedication with a bunch of rich people and he and a bunch of other homeless crash it. I thought the crazy lady was Susan Sarandon but not sure.
any help on this one?
