Years ago when i was a kid i remember a movie that always came on around Christmas. it might have been a made for tv movie more than likely. it had a boy with dark hair that built a snowman and he put these special blue stones on it for eyes which made it alive in a way and it would talk to him. He would hear it talk it's mouth didn't move or anythng. i'm 26 and i saw this between 87 to 90. The boy had a little sister too i believe or she was his friend.
