I think this movie was made in the 80's or 90's. It co-stars a look alike apollonia and has a homosexual warlord bad guy. There is a famous scene in the move where a lamborghini or lamborghini type car drives under a diesel to hide from the driver. Too bad I can't remember really anymore. But I can say it was action pack and had a little comedy and campyness to it.
