I barely remember the movie, it was a film of people of have superpowers, and one of the characters was searching those people to make a team.
One of them was a man who drains electricity to survive like a battery man, and can then create lightning bolts, he had a severe phobia to water , cos water could harm him on contact even kill him.
cant remember anything more on the movie.
