Most influential : Margaret Thatcher (as more people talk about her still than any other politician)

Most attractive : Michelle Pfeiffer

So If I could have found a politician that looked like Michelle Pfeiffer, or even a stunning actress that had the political power to influence the world, I'd have been a happy man....

I like John Candy its a shame he had to die!!! I suppose you could list loads of people coz there was loads of them. I even thought Anika Rice was ace wizzing round in helicopters, helping people solve crytic clues. Eddie Murphy, the brat pack and all those who were involved with Live Aid - right on top of the list really, because that was an event that relly made the 80's stand out.

Thankyou for saying that missalexis!!! You, (am I right in saying) probably remember it the 1st time round - Live Aid that is. I heard it was someting that lasted an entire day, that rocked and made the summer of 1985. That captivated it's audience and people enjoyed the music as well as the cause. Midge and Bob created something that became histoicaly significant and globally significant.

I love Legend. Would be cool to live in a fantasy land like that. Another great Cruise movie is The Color of Money.
Goose is Anthony Edwards - Remember he played Gilbert in Revenge of the Nerds. He was also in Pet Semetary...to name a couple.

Hmmm, when I read this I was thinking of the late great Lady Diana. Much better recognized than crusty old Maggie Thatcher IMO. Lady Di is near the tops of my list, along with Wayne Gretzky, Danny Elfman, John Cusack, Jenny Wright, Siouxsie Sioux, Robert Smith, Katerine Mary Stewaret, Elizabeth Shue, Jonna lee, Tom Hanks, Tom Selleck, Sal Soto, Stuart Adamson, Mark Mothersbaugh, John Elway, Don Mattingly, Wade Boggs, Ryne Sandberg, Chris Penn(RIP), MJ Fox, Corey Hart, Martika, Kelly Preston, Lori Loughlin, Cal Ripken.
