I don't remember much but there is this white guy who's a landlord or something and he is sent to the "ghetto" (oh I think he sells life insurance and needs a signature) but ends up getting involved with the gangsters there who call themselves VAMPIRES and they won't let him leave the buliding so this other black guy helps him and so does this guys' girlfriend...it's weird but the guy from candyman comes out in it as the head of the gang. Anyone know?
