Ok,here goes.I remember a British romantic Worldwar2 series aired over here in the early 80`s.However i have no clue about the name of it though.
Sadly,Google searches lead me no way it seems.I really enjoyed the mood of the series a lot.And would like to have a go at tracking it down.
The dream would be to find this remastered on dvd if it even exist today..The plot involved a bomb squadron carrying out missions, leaving loved ones behind in the terror of loosing their loved ones in air combat.I think one of female actresses went under the screen name Vivian? in the series.
I have fond memories about this series, and would really like to get the chance to watch it again.Btw,it could also include some us forces helping out from England, but i am not 100% sure about that. The series theme melody was also a very old great 40s classic.Don`t remember the name of that though..
Any English lads here willing to help me out? That would be highly appreciated.
Cheers.

It started in 1979, so maybe that's why google couldn't help...

Thanks Paul.I don`t think thats the one tough. After a bit googling on that one,i found another one:"We'll Meet Again" (1982)At least the theme song(Vera Lynn- Well Meet Again)seem to be correct.
However i do not remember any actors from the pictures. And i was sure one actress was named Vivian in the series. So i am not sure.Could be my memory playing tricks on me.After all it is a long time ago. Thanks again.
Cheers.

Hi,
I used to watch 'We'll meet again'. But I don't think it was about a bomb squadron in particular.
I can remember that Suzanna York was in it, but that's about it. Was really good though.
