I used to watch this movie as a kid and it scared the crap out of me. All I remember is the kid sees a light or space ship in a field. And the things in the ship implant things into the necks of adults to control them or something. That is really all I remember. Please help!

Try Invaders from Mars. There is the original made in 1953 and a remake made in 1986.
