All I remember is a mother gives birth to a child that grows up and finds out that he can heal people. I think the beginning scene is the mom giving birth in the hospital and lightning strikes the hospital and that is what caused the kid to be born with that ability. If it didnt happen then then the lightning scene happened sometime else in the movie. Also I think he revived a frog when he was young. Any help would be appreciated!!!!!!!

Does anyone know the name of the movie that had a kid in prison and he went to a dance with a girl in a catholic school, they fell in love and then ran away from jail?

I guess Powder does some what fit but this was 80's and most likely a made for TV movie
