But which 5-disc version to go for, US R1 or UK R2? I know the US one has a briefcase case, but are there any content differences between the releases? often one release gets extra bits the other doesn't

Just picked this up from Best Buy. Where I'm at, they had a 2 disc edition, a 4 disc edition, and the edition with the briefcase. I just went ahead and bought the one with the briefcase considering this is one of my fave films........

(The R2 5 disc S.E. is) "Missing the "briefcase" design and some other trinkets present in the USA version, but is cheaper..."

Already here on both hi-def formats! See the Retro Assistant for complete specs, but I think the USA versions may be slightly better -big shock there! Posted by james Andrews (Member # 1425) on :

I liked the 5 disc briefcase version I bought. It was worth every penny. My cousin bought the 4 disc edition. The only difference I can tell between mine and his is there's a word print version of the movie on mine and not on his.....
