Believe it or not I actually owned this movie a few year ago. I bought it for .50 at a movie/video store in Pittsburgh. Unfortunately, I gave it away when I moved an I forgot the actual title. None of my friends remember me giving the VHS to them!
The movie was about a nerdy guy with a strong new jersey accent who is probably in his mid-twenties. He is still living in his overprotective parents house! He decides to finally move out and get his own apartment.
His apartment becomes a total bachelor pad. Complete with a bed that pulls out of the wall and a tv that pulls out quickly to play porno movies. His main goal is to score with sexy women in his pimped out bachelor pad. He goes on a date with one woman that is completely picky about everything. He makes her dinner and she refuses to eat or drink anything. He becomes fed up and asks her "What DO you actually like?" She rips off her trench coat and says something along the lines of "I like to F*ck!" He begins to touch her enormous bosom and she instantly orgasms by his touch alone. (This is not a porno) Another date is incredibly sexy, but she won't stop talking. His mom comes over while he is trying to get some action, so he quickly shoves the blabber mouth vixen into the pull out bed and closes it. All his mother can hear is a muffled blabbering.
Unfortunately, Every time he tries to score his sister or mother interrupts the action with a phone call or a knock at the door.
The landlord is an aspiring journalist who begins spying on the nerd. He writes an article about "The New Jersey Casanova". Everyone thinks the "New Jersey Casanova" is a stud, but in reality he hasn't even scored.
I've googled this movie a trillion times and looked through the internet database. I'm thinking it has Love in the title, but I can't remember the name! Gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh!

Tony (Louie Bonanno) is a hapless Jewish boy from New Jersey who buys a book on sex appeal to perk up his lonely life. His first step is to move out of his parents' house and into a Manhattan apartment. His next door neighbor, Donald (Jeff Eagle), happens to be a writer desperate to sell something. Tony turns his apartment into a seduction den, then sets about finding a woman to seduce. All the while, Donald listens through the wall and soon is turning Tony's misadventures into a series of magazine articles about the "New Jersey Casanova."
