I cannot figure out who this movie monster is or what movie he's from and i know i've seen the movie...it's one of those forgotten horror films

Actually that thing does look like one of the monsters from the Warcraft type games rather than from a film.

That looks like a cartoon pic of "Raw Head Rex". I believe he was some sort of demon that was 'awakened'by movement of a stone, he's famous for urinating on a priest...
