im trying to think of this movie i used to watch all the time. It was about this teenage boy who falls inlove with this rock star. All i remember is that it was a female rock star and she was a blond. HELLP

he had a weird real name. I remember he ended up kissing a girl out side of the house in the movie. the movie opens with a boy on a bike with a news paper i think.
