I remember seeing this movie in the 80's, but it may have been made in the 70's. All I remember is a group of teens who are at a lake and there is a black blob in the water that can kill them. They get stuck on a floating dock for quite a while as the blob tries to get them. They eventually get to the beach and the movie ends with the blob reaching up and attacking the teens who made it to the beach. Any thoughts?

the scenes you are describing, happen to be 1 of 3 stories in the movie. it was titled THE RAFT. check out the movie, because the other stories are good.

That is the second of the three skits in Creepshow 2. It is in fact very cheap, and the first one is really cool also. Highly recommended.
