i can't remember the name of the movie, and i think it's from the 80's. what i can remember is that a couple of little green aliens land on halloween in s small town, and befriend a little girl. i remember one of the aliens wearing an aviator's jacket, but that's about it. any ideas? thanks

This does ring a slight bell with a special from the early 90s, but I don't know the title. In that one there were 3 aliens, one that vaguely looks like a miniature aviator, one with long antennae that sounded a lot like Dr. Claw, and a ****roach-like one that emmitted a "BING" when it jumped up and down. Apparently from what I can recall, they need candy to survive and take advantage of the fact its Halloween to get some. The subplot involves the town candy factory having to close without water to supply it.
Does this sound familiar to anyone else?
