its a movie about a bunch of kids who try and rescue a dog who is kidnapped and is being held in a kennel....these kids undergo training in a run down theme park.........has a black kid with a kit helicopter which he got by collecting a whole bunch of cereal boxes.wish i remembered more!!!!!!!!sorry.......
