80s Movie. People all dancing in the street, wearing funky clothing (headbands), with a graffiti background. Break dancing, with like cheesy music in the background. The lead had this girl with short brown hair, and a spanish/african american looking guy.

It could be either Breakin or Breakin 2 Electric Boogaloo. They both have the same cast and came out in 84.
