Ok well I'm not sure if this movie is from the 80's but my inclination tells me it is.

Here is all I remember:

- I saw it when I was young, maybe between the ages of 4-7. So it probably came out in the mid 80's sometime.
- It's a fantasy movie (I think)
- It probably is not anything over PG because I saw it at my Aunt's house and she is STRICT.
- I remember a line from the movie. A homeless looking guy was singing: "It's raining, it's pouring, invisible guests are snoring." Weird I know.
- It could've been made for tv(Disney) or possibly something else.

I've already asked my movie buff buddies, so I'm calling on Rewind buff's for help. Make me proud! Thanks.
