I did see a 1994 film called "PCU", it feels soo like an 80s film it's unreal.
Couple more:
Splitz - the trailer gives the impression this is another teen sex romp film (must try and find a copy) Teen Vamp - hardly comedy, so bad on so many levels

Hello?? Private School all the way! I mean Phoebe's in it. It's classic.
You might also want to check out Class with Rob Lowe and Andrew McCarthy and a cameo by Virginia Madsen or The Wild Life. Cameron Crowe did it right after Fast Times at Ridgemont High and there's alot of good people in it.
As for Making the Grade, get it now. It's exactly what you're looking for. It's one of my all time favorites.
